valet and shuttle services
St. Francis downtown offers valet parking for all patients and visitors. A shuttle service is available for drop-off at the North and South entrances at St. Francis downtown between 6:00 a.m. and 7:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
wireless access
Cellular phones may be used in the hospital, but not near patient care equipment. Cell phone usage is not permitted in surgery areas, the Emergency department, or in recovery units.
Both St. Francis downtown and St. Francis eastside are equipped with wireless internet access, which is available to both patients and their guests. For info on how to log on to guest access, please ask for an instruction sheet at the Main Desk or download this sheet to take with you.
food services
Cafeterias are located in the basement of the St. Francis downtown and near the entrance of St. Francis eastside, cafeterias provide meal services for visitors and employees.

vending machines
Vending machines are located next to the cafeteria and in the Emergency department at St. Francis downtown. At St. Francis eastside, a vending area is located on the first floor near the cafeteria. In addition, drink machines are located on some patient floors in both locations.
chapels
People of all faiths are welcome in the chapels at St. Francis. Chapels are located on the ground levels of St. Francis downtown and St. Francis eastside. A chapel also is located on the fifth floor of ST. FRANCIS downtown. Services are held weekly in the downtown chapel.
gift shops
The Gift Shop at St. Francis downtown is located in the lobby, and is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. 7:00 p.m., and Saturday from 11:00 am - 4:00 pm.
Flower arrangements are available through the Gift Shop. If you would like to order an arrangement, please confirm the location of the patient and contact the Downtown Gift Shop at 864-255-1171 or the Eastside Gift Shop at 864-675-4089. You may choose the price range for your flowers, gift baskets, or other items based on availability. Payment by Visa or Mastercard is expected at the time of the order.
other needs
ATMs are located next to the cafeteria entrance at St. Francis downtown, and across from the cafeteria at St. Francis eastside. Stamps are available in the vending machines adjacent to the cafeteria at St. Francis downtown.
